NICE Syndication Services

Our application programming interface (API) makes NICE content accessible through your platforms, systems and services. It ensures you always have access to the most up to date content and provides a quality assured process to supply content in accessible digital formats. The service is designed as a RESTful interface.

How do I access the syndication service?

To access the NICE syndication service please complete this application form. Please read the information on the NICE syndication API to understand if you are eligible to use our syndication service and the information that can be accessed through our API. Getting Started

If you have been granted access to the API, you will have been provided with an API key linked to your NICE account.

1. First sign in to your NICE account and confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions detailed in your licence agreement.
2. Once you are signed in you can access the NICE Syndication Service.
